| Summary: | dhdA memory card connector is disclosed that includes a card engaging member in the form of a slider which has a projection that extends from the slider to engage a retention notch in the memory card. The card is engaged when the card is inserted into the connector, and once inserted the card is pushed to release it. A biasing spring is provided to bias the slider in an ejection direction and this biasing spring exerts an ejection force on the slider. The slider engages a stop formed on the connector housing and the slider tilts to release the slider projection from the memory card retention notch. |
