A vehicle handlebar mirror system () is provided having a flexible securement member () received within a bore () of the vehicle handlebar (). A flexible securement member () has a mirror member () removably mounted in it for providing a rider of the bicycle with appropriate rear and side views. A second end () of the flexible securement member () receives an expanding plug member (). The expanding plug member () frictionally engages both a second end () and an inner wall () of the handlebar ().
