Heteroatom-interrupted analogs of 15-hydroxyeicosatetraenoic acid and methods of use

The present invention is directed to novel hydroxyeicosatetraenoic acid related compounds, compositions and methods of use. The compounds are particularly useful in treating dry eye. Heteroatom-interrupted HETE derivatives and methods of their use for treating dry eye are disclosed.
