Summary: | User-programmable "destination keys" have two distinct modes of operation: program mode and operation mode. The mode may be chosen by the user by selecting the destination key for either a normal or a long period of time. Responsive to selecting the destination key for a longer than normal time, the destination key may be automatically programmed and/or a user interface may be presented. The destination key may further be programmed in accordance with an automatically determined current context. A legend key may also be provided that allows a user to easily and conveniently receive an indication of which destinations are assigned to which destination keys. |
