| Summary: | The present invention relates to cancer, including in cancer and, in particular, to opioid compounds that are inhibitors of drug transporters of the ABC protein superfamily. The invention relates to methods of treating cancer using anti-tumor agents and opioid inhibitors of such transporters. The invention also relates to methods for selecting or designing compounds for the ability to inhibit drug transporter proteins and to methods of inhibiting drug transporter proteins.
