The activitystable and lowdust enzyme granulates obtained according to the production methods and their use in food technology are also described. In another, special aspect of the invention, the use of especially selected flours are very generally described as an auxiliary (for example, as a carrier or filler) for the production of enzyme granulates for various application purposes.
