Endocrine studies in patients with isolated gonadotrophin-releasing hormone deficiency

Twelve black women with isolated gonadotrophin deficiency were studied. After administration of intravenous gonadotrophin-releasing hormone (GnRH), all patients had subnormal gonadotrophin responses.
