NRs exhibited a higher reversibility and a lower voltage gap than polycrystalline CeO

NRs. We compared the oxygen reduction and evolution kinetics of single and polycrystalline CeO
2
NRs using electrochemical impedance spectroscopy.
Single crystalline CeO
