Summary:We report on the synthesis of [ 123 I]-iodometomidate from a soluble polymer-supported precursor. The precursor was linked through a soluble polymer via a silyl linker polymer-supported precursor and released [ 123 I]-iodometomidate. The radiotracers were purified based on a combination of size-exclusive and normal-phase chromatography to provide [ 123 I]-iodometomidate in good quality. We report on the synthesis of [ 123 I]-iodometomidate from a soluble polymer-supported precursor with a large extent volume. The precursor enabled the synthesis of the [ 123 I]-iodometomidate with high quality without use of HPLC purification.
