Summary: | One-step formation of stable multiple emulsions is demonstrated using stimuli-responsive amphiphilic Janus particles as emulsifiers. Multiple emulsions stabilized by these stimuli-responsive Janus particles can be induced to release the encapsulant by simply increasing the pH of the continuous phase.
