Bibliography:Sexual and gender minority (SGM) youth suffer from many health disparities. Our qualitative interviews with school staff identified key factors believed to impact schools’ abilities to implement evidence-based strategies to better support SGM youth. Increased attention to these factors as part of implementation readiness assessment and planning is essential.
