Summary:The digital image database system with DICOM (Digital Image Communications in Medicine) has been integrated. We developed an easy transmission system between server and client on hospital information system. We have developed the gateway that can transform waveform data to image data and easily transmit waveform data from ECG system to DICOM server. We studied the performance of the system. The system has an enough performance for clinical diagnosis. We use both jpeg format and png format. It is better png format than jpeg format because of those less file volume.
