Summary:Renal oncocytoma is a rare benign tumor of the kidney. This benign tumor of epithelial origin represents 5% of renal tumors. Preoperative diagnosis is difficult. We report the case of a 41 year old patient with renal oncocytoma confirmed after radical nephrectomy for renal tumor.
