Summary:The results of surgical treatment of 91 patient with acalculous cholecystitis are analysed. The active surgical tactics is substantiated. It is shown that in thorough examination of a patient before and at the time of operation, correction of pathology of the gallbladder and bile ducts and other alimentary organs, it is possible to achieve good long-term results. A classification of acalculous cholecystitis is presented.
