Summary:The sample consisted of 102 patients with hemophilia infected and non-infected with hepatitis viruses. It is established that in case of inhibitory form of hemophilia concentration of IgG increases at the expense of subclass II and in case of non-inhibitory form of hemophilia valuable increase of concentration of IgG occurs at the expense of subclasses I, II and III under concomitant chronic hepatitis. No significant differences between these groups in levels of antibodies to factors VIII and IX is established.
