Summary:A 25-year-old woman with systemic lupus erythematosus presented with multiple palpable masses in both breasts. On mammography multiple, coarse, heterogeneous, microcalcificatons were seen. Histopathologic examination showed inflammation, fibrosis, fat necrosis and dystrophic microcalcifications. Based on these findings the patient was diagnosed with lupus mastitis.
