19 students fined Rs 50,000 each for ragging juniors

In the first stringent action since the introduction of anti-ragging measures in the country, 19 girl students of the Indian Institute of Information Technology, Allahabad (IIIT-A) were on Tuesday fined Rs 50,000 each.
