SANTIAGO, Jan. 30 (Xinhua) -- Russian tennis player Igor Andreev, rated 160th in the world by the Association of Tennis Professionals (ATP), surprised on Tuesday by beating the Spain's Ruben Ramirez Hidalgo, in a Group 6 match of the Vina del Mar ATP open.
