Summary:Text of report by Azerbaijani newspaper 'Sharg' on 6th April entitled "Heydar Aliyev has no problem with Elchibey" by Vafa Allahverdiyeva While analysing the visit to Turkey of the PFAP [People's Front of Azerbaijan Party] chairman, Abulfaz Elchibey, which has become one of the leading subjects of the past week, "White House" officials categorically hesitated to answer the accusations levelled against Azerbaijani President Heydar Aliyev, i.e that Aliyev had expressed his concern about the Azerbaijani ex-president's visit to Turkey in a telephone conversation with [Turkish President] Suleyman Demirel. [Ali Hasanov] President Heydar Aliyev has no problem with Elchibey. Elchibey's visit to any country on any programme is his and his party's internal affair. Why should the state worry about such visits? Heydar Aliyev's telephone call to Demirel in connection with the visit is completely wrong.
