("ECI"), a solid waste collection and recycling company operating in Santa Fe, Silver City and Los Alamos, N.M. The company's revenues exceeded $2.3 million in 1992. Total consideration for the acquisition was approximately 388,000 shares of Allied common stock. Roger A. Ramsey, Allied's chairman, stated, "The ECI acquisition serves to further the integration of Allied's existing operations in the northern New Mexico markets of Taos, Eagle Nest, Red River, Angel Fire, Springer and Colfax County.
