Summary:Kansas City Southern Industries Inc. (KCSI) Thursday finalized the closing of the acquisition of the MidSouth Corp. (MidSouth). KCSI had previously been granted Interstate Commerce Commission approval of its application to acquire the MidSouth on June 4, 1993.
