Summary:Jewelry Television has also standardized on Borland SilkTest, SilkPerformer and SilkCentral(R) Test Manager to perform automated performance and functional regression testing in all its software applications. The company chose Borland's Silk products over tools from Mercury Interactive and Compuware because of Borland's integration between quality management and other application lifecycle processes, helping to bridge the gap between requirements, code and testing. They chose to replace their existing requirements management tool with Borland's Requirements Definition and Management solution because the existing tool lacked the platform openness and Eclipse integration that Jewelry Television needed in their IT environment.
