Contract notice: delivery, implementation and maintenance of a platform based on a physical server for the use of software and services for detecting and analyzing threats in the network along with technical support for 36 months The subject of the contract is the delivery, implementation and maintenance of a platform based on a physical server for the use of software and services for detecting and analyzing threats in the network, along with technical support for 36 months, in accordance with the requirements set out in annex no. 1 to the swz - description of the subject of the contract. of this procedure, the contractor is obliged in particular to: 1) provide a subscription to software for detecting and analyzing threats in the network for a period of 36 months, 2) implement the supplied software, 3) provide technical support services in the amount of 8 service hours per month for a period of 36 months, 4) ensure the ordering party access to technical support5) to conduct the training, the validity of the subscriptions and support services provided should cover a period of 3 years from the signing of the acceptance report.1. as part of this procedure, the contractor is obliged in particular to: 1) provide a subscription to software for detecting and analyzing threats in the network for a period of 36 months, 2) implement the supplied software preceded by a pre-implementation analysis by the contractor, which will result in the development of technical documentation for the implementation. as part of the implementation works, the contractor will install, configure the system, test the implemented software in accordance with the technical documentation of the implementation and conduct training for the administrators of the ordering party in the field of administering the implemented system, 3) providing technical support services in the amount of 8 service hours per month for a period of 36 months.
