As an exception, the participation guarantee may be formed by depositing the cashier contracting authority: a) a money order or a check file, subject to their confirmation by the bank until the opening date; b) an amount in cash if the amount of the participation guarantee is reduced in value. Participation guarantee is irrevocable. Bids not accompanied by proof of participation guarantee will be rejected.
