UOHS approves sale of Zdas to China's CEFC

  Earlier this year CEFC also increased its stake in Czech air carrier Travel Service from 10 to 49.9 percent, acquired 70 percent in Czech first-league soccer club Slavia, a majority stake in beer and drinks producer Lobkowicz Group.
