Summary:It Is The Intent Of Iot To Establish A Quantity Purchase Agreement (qpa) With Multiple Vendors That Provide Quality Cabling Installation Services. The Vendors Selected From This Rfp Will Provide Cabling Installation Services For State Agencies In Various Locations Of Indiana. Cabling Installation Services Include, But Are Not Limited To, The Following: *Data Communications Its *Voice Communications Its *Video Communications Its *Paging Systems Its *Outside Its Services (trenching, Boring, Etc.) *Its Equipment And Installation Material Because It Is Anticipated That This Rfp Will Result In A Pool Of Qualified Vendors, Assignment Of Cabling Projects Is Not Guaranteed. Instead, Future Projects Will Be Assigned Based On Quoted Costs, Location, And Availability. Future Contractors Will Be Required To Purchase Materials From The States Established Qpa For Communication Equipment And Piece Parts At Current Qpa Prices, Which Are Subject To Change. (the State May Allow An Exception To This Requirement If A Contractor Is Able To Purchase Materials At Lower Cost Than Offered On The States Qpa.)
