Summary:This open call is subject to the provisions of Articles 33, 57 to 59 of the Public Procurement Code. Benefits of Lots 2 and 3 will be subject to market orders entered into pursuant to Article 77 of the Public Procurement Code. Lot 1: the contract for the supply of the equipment is concluded for a period running from the date of notification to the owner until the end date of the warranty of the equipment received as part of its implementation. Lot 2: the biomedical market accessories, consumables, spare parts and maintenance services is concluded for a period of 24 months from the date of notification.
