Injunction to halt St. Croix bridge denied

May 06--A federal judge on Monday refused to grant an order halting work on the $626 million St. Croix bridge project in a bid dispute, but C.S. McCrossan Construction Inc. is still pursuing a similar request before the Minnesota Court of Appeals.
