Who will attempt to channel the anger of the six percent? Basically, the answer is, the Black leadership. The six percent, of course, includes some whites and Chicanos as well as Blacks. The challenge is to form an inter-racial voting alliance of people who have long given up on voting. Not an easy challenge. |
