Summary: | A recent study published in the Review of Educational Research found that prerecorded videos usually lead to improved student learning. To make it more fun for the participants, divide the learning modules and the class into subject groups at the end of a long week and have each individual group create a virtual learning activity to reinforce their knowledge of the assigned content. Besides getting ideas for future training activities, participants can review and retain the information covered earlier in the session. Start the morning off with an icebreaker or set aside a few minutes each day to get to know your attendees better by asking a yes/no question and having everyone raise their hand to show their response. |
