Summary:Career path Another barrier mentioned in the research study is the view that apprenticeships would be a move backwards on career paths. There are a growing number of positions for apprenticeships for management roles - such as marketing managers, sales managers, administrative and financial managers, and human resources managers - providing great career paths as well as attractive salaries. Not just for the UK Government itself, but educational establishments, careers advisers, industry, those involved in apprenticeships training and all people involved in the world of talent acquisition, to create greater awareness for adults of all ages about how they can access and embark on a scheme and ultimately give hope and inspire all workers getting back to employment or building an entirely new career.
