"When we embarked on this venture, we asked ourselves how we could make an already profitable business even more profitable," said Bob Breazeale, president of Realty Mortgage Co. and its holding company, C. J. Brown Inc. After Breazeale and two other investors (Ron Benitez and Hardy Swyer) bought into the 60-year-old, family-owned firm last May, they decided to expand the company by adding mortage loan and insurance divisions.
