Summary: | In an interview, Dr Judy Payne, director of the Henley KM Forum, talked about her true passion which is knowledge and the way it's managed. By training, she's an engineer and have worked in various research and management roles in the water and construction industries. Her PhD was on sustainable urban drainage -- an area that, twenty years on, people are realizing is extremely important. The world is changing so quickly and that's forcing organizations to rethink the way they work. The Henley KM Forum's next meeting is in June and they'll be using the event to look at jazz as a metaphor for learning and innovation in organizations. It's about lots of people connecting, collaborating and exchanging ideas. And that's got huge implications for the future of knowledge management. |
