Summary:Turner syndrome can have a wide range of associated abnormalities, including: lymphoedema of hands and feet, broad chest and widely spaced nipples, droopy eyelids, low hairline, low set ears, short fourth toe and short fingers, web neck, high arch palate, short stature, hearing problems, myopia, infertility, hypertension, kidney and urinary tract anomalies, coarctation of the aorta, thyroid problems, diabetes, behavioural problems along with learning difficulties3. The women are offered accurate dating of the fetus by CRL measurement4 along with nuchal translucency (NT) measurement and biochemical tests for blood serum levels of BhCG and PPAP-A.
