PJM, MISO ask FERC to approve 'quick hit' interregional project planning process
Since the TMEPs would relieve congestion between MISO and PJM at flowgates not subject to each RTO's regional process, the grid operators are proposing to modify their joint operation agreement so they can target the development of this new narrow class of interregional projects.
