Former Morgan Stanley stockbroker agrees to plead guilty in 'napkin' insider trading scheme

U.S. Magistrate Judge Cathy Waldor in an order filed Jan. 15 said ex-Morgan Stanley stockbroker Vladimir Eydelman has agreed to plead guilty in relation to an insider trading case against him and Frank Tamayo and Steven Metro, Reuters reported on the same day.
