Lippens began her banking career with SSBBank in 1999. She was promoted to Accounting Officer and then to Controller. In 2011, Lippens became the bank's Marketing Director and primary liaison with the bank's auditors and examiners and was again promoted to Senior Vice President & COO. Dickins also announced several personnel promotions and appointments: 1. Jamie D. Bennett to Vice President & Chief Financial Officer, 2. Kristi L. Brewster to Vice President & Chief Operating Officer, 3. Amber M. Grace to an officer position in the bank as IT Manager, and 4. Heather Marks to Compliance and Human Resources Officer.
