Throughout diese four stages, six recurrent themes were also found; great expectations, competence, politics, shock, education and strategies.\n The findings of this study corroborate diose of similar stuthes, which have concluded diat the first year of practice is a challenging one and aldiough all participants did report an increase in confidence during the transition period, support did play a part in this development. |
