Summary:"I believe that we need to bring the office up to the 21st century," Theresa Santai-Gaffney said in a recent interview with The Republican-Herald editorial board. "In doing that, we need to take the documentation and transfer it to a fully digital system. This will allow the community to view the documents. Down the line, I would also like to do a fee for service and make this documentation available for the community." "It's time for change," said Santai-Gaffney, 50, of Friedensburg. "I believe early in my campaign I mentioned the website. I started to do some research and went onto the Schuylkill County website and there were two paragraphs," she said of a speech she made during the spring. "A few weeks later, the website was changed and now consists of two and half pages."
