The chair receives an annual retainer of $100,000 and the directors receive an yearly retainer of $25,000 supplemented by various other payments including, $8,000 for vicechair and finance chairs, $5,000 for other chairs, $3,000 for just being on a committee and per diem fees of $1,200 ($600 if it's a half day) for showing up.
