Summary: | "The Spring Fling is a taste of what everyone loves about the Fall Festival," says Kathlene Stith, Flat Rock Music Festival's director. "It's an inexpensive way for families to enjoy the outdoors, kids events and fantastic local and regional performers." Performers will set up in Camp Ton-A-Wandah's gym - where everyone can enjoy the music, whatever the weather brings. "We've set it up to make it family friendly," says Kim Haynes, who is organizing the Spring Fling with Stith. "Supporting the local community is a goal of ours. Come out and enjoy a beautiful day at Camp Ton-A-Wandah!" Also combining genres are Tater, whose "Hi-Test Hillbilly Grass N Roll" never fails to impress and surprise listeners, and Brevard's Park Rangers, who, while gleaning from the deep tradition of the blues, "bounce off the outer edges to swing, rock-a-billy and reggae." |
