Trailing 18-16 after one quarter, Westinghouse used seven second-quarter steals to take a 38- 29 halftime lead. David Bailey led Westinghouse with a season-high 31 points, six assists and five steals, and Bobby Sharp and Martell Bailey added 14 points apiece.
