Summary:The oversize postcards began arriving in the mailboxes of registered Cook County Democratic voters earlier this week. Their front sides feature a black background emblazoned with words in red and white that ask: "What's the BIG difference between John Stroger and Cal Sutker?" And there are two photographs: a small one of Stroger, an African-American who is the incumbent County Board president, and a larger one of Sutker, a Caucasian county commissioner trying to unseat Stroger in the March 17 primary. The reverse side maintains the "difference is simple. Cal Sutker is a leader we can trust. John Stroger isn't" as it goes through a litany of issues.
