Summary:The Tribune article of Feb. 9 reported on a program to be presented at the St. Joseph County Public Library, to discuss how to beat a traffic ticket and what a motorist's rights are when stopped by police. Obviously, it is another attempt to tear down our laws and promote disrespect for law enforcement. They attempt to establish distrust for police officers and stir up minorities and put up a wall.
