She also stated that the Bible dictated death to those who sinned, as evidenced by the AIDS epidemic. I would like to remind readers that AIDS is not a disease that affects homosexuals exclusively; it can infect anyone. People have contracted AIDS by using unclean needles, by blood transfusion, by heterosexual relationships, even fetuses can be infected. I would like to know what those innocent victims did to deserve such punishment.
