Clinton is deceptive about troop numbers in speech about Bosnia SOONER Edition

We learned from the Post-Gazette Nov. 29 that we are also sending 17,000 troops to the region as "support" for the 20,000 ("Clinton Lobbies on Bosnia: 17,000 More Troops Needed for Backup, Pentagon Says"). We'll have a total of 37,000 who could be in harm's way.
