Summary:In a letter sent to parents Thursday, principal Craig McCallum said the note mentioned a bomb threat at a specific time today. McCallum said the school day will go on as usual, but students will be sent outside mid-day, the time of the threat, to eat lunch. As with most bomb scares, many students are treating the threat as a prank, senior Matt Volden said. Some students are annoyed by the disruption because it fouls up the normal routine of the day, he said. School officials told students Thursday how they planned to deal with the threat, Volden said.
