He admits there's a "learning curve" for employees, and some software issues. "We're looking at several options to resume the classes," Schulkers said. "One would be to have state and national associations or vendors provide education at little or no cost," he said. "We hope to have a solution in the near future," he said. "This is a good thing," said Schulkers. "With outside bidders competing for our work, we know that we'll have to submit a budget that's lean, and keeps costs from escalating."
