Summary:PHOTOS (3, all color); (PHOTOS BY STEPHEN B. LEEK)Flagler's `cottage' was fit for a king. Today, Palm Beach's oldest house remains attired in the style to which it was accustomed. Split in half and relocated, Flagler's house features its original fish- scale shingles and siding, and authentic exterior paint colors. Reproduction awnings and landscaping are based on old photographs. Top: A second-floor bedroom was converted into a library and boardroom for the Presevation Foundation. Shutters and stained glass were designed to resemble the house's original decor. Above: The main parlor's mahogany fireplace, with original tiles, was relocated from the upstairs hall. The chandelier and sconces are new but closely resemble the old fixtures.
