Summary:Two groups have announced their plans to try to persuade Pima County voters to support or oppose ballot measures that seek to improve roads and transit in the Tucson area. The Regional Transportation Authority's 20-year plan and tax proposal which will be included on the county's May 16 ballot is a "financial and transportation boondoggle," said David Euchner, former president of the Pima County Libertarian Party. "We all want to make Tucson the best it can be, and to do that requires us to invest in ourselves," said [Rick Myers], a retired IBM executive who was chairman of the RTA's citizens advisory committee.
